Who Manages Inner Circle

Each monthly Inner Circle meeting is led by an experienced facilitator skilled in using a structured process called Vision Quest. The facilitator guides and challenges members in clarifying business and personal goals, as well as what it will take to achieve them. Because visions change over time, the strategies to attain them also need to change. The group discussion and member interaction excel at bringing those changes into focus. The Inner Circle Mid-Atlanic facilitators are:

Paul Riecks (Inner Circle Mid-Atlantic Founder and President) Paul has been facilitating Inner Circles since 1988, following a 24-year career in management.

Terry Schaefer (Inner Circle Mid-Atlantic Associate) Terry comes to Inner Circle with a strong background in business change management and life coaching for high achieving individuals.

Joe Chamberlin (Inner Circle Mid-Atlantic Associate) Joe has over 25 years experience in facilitation, training and management development all over the world.

Ed Snyder (Inner Circle Mid-Atlantic Associate) Ed has over 25 years of management experience in large and small companies and a very successful track record in management consulting.
